For California businesses
California law requires us to collect sales tax on taxable purchases shipped within California. If you are a reseller purchasing for resale, you may qualify for tax-exempt purchases by providing a valid California resale certificate to your account.
For customers outside California
At this time we do not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside California, as we do not have a sales tax nexus in other states. Customers are responsible for any applicable use tax required by their state.
